Returnable Search Retainer Fee:  £500 - which is refunded in full on successful completion of purchase - so ultimately you pay no more for your property using Shortcuts.

As selling fees are very high in Spain - on average 5 or 6% - we decided at the beginning to share this commission at a standard rate with all agents - so we can provide our service to clients at no cost and search the market impartially.

Occasionally some buyers prefer the more traditional model of payment for search agents as is common in the UK - so we can work on a Success Fee basis instead.  We would then charge 2% of the final purchase price and receive no payment from the agent in this case. You decide which terms you would prefer us to work against when you engage us.

We continue to search until we find a property you want to buy. We retain the fee should you abandon your search to cover our expenses.


SINGLE PROPERTY VIEWING

If you do not want us to carry out a search but would like an immediate one off visit to a property you have found yourself, we will provide a comprehensive verbal and written assessment with photographs at a cost of £300.

If you subsequently decide to register as a Shortcuts client we will offset this cost against our returnable retainer fee.

ORIENTATION TOUR

If you are at an early stage of your property search and just require more information about potential locations before committing, we can offer you an orientation tour which will provide you with an overview of prices, property types and local amenities at a cost of £300 per day.
